• ✦. Waitlist Fees ( to guarantee a commission slot ) are %10 of the final price ( VTUBER models only )

• ✦. Fill out the Google form and get a slot from me, I don’t usually accept payment until I’ve come to your slot, this is the way I work so I can focus on your piece first.

• ✦. My commissions are Waitlist only and will always be open, when I'm available for work I will contact you if you're still interested ( it might take weeks or months )

• ✦. Once payment is complete I'll start working and sending multiple updates

• ✦. A commission will take around 4 weeks to +6 months or less depending on how complicated the commission is

• ✦. after the commission has started, only small changes are allowed to be made in the sketch phase ( any great changes will come with extra charges

• ✦. you will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark

• ✦. I'm a slow artist because of my responsibilities as a university student and the effects of several chronic illnesses. 
  ( I have a heart condition and I take very powerful medications that suddenly prevent me from working. I also suffer from Chronic Migraines and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which further limits my attention span and impedes my ability to focus on my work, so I really appreciate your patience )

• ✦. You must credit me for the art or design and not claim it as your own or edit it

• ✦. I am allowed to post/publish/stream/own/use the artworks on my social media ( the art can be private for a certain time if stated in the request and the privacy fees are paid )

• ✦. You can ask for a WIP but please don't spam or ask for updates ( you can check my Trello instead )

• ✦. PSD files are charged extra ( excluding Vtuber Models )

• ✦. All commissions have 2 revisions only
  ( it's extra charged after the second revision and prices vary depending on the commission type )

• ✦. I Don't allow my models to be turned into chibis or have chibi toggles from rigging.

• ✦. I Prefer my models to have good-quality rigs/riggers than simple/none professional rigs
  ✦. I Prefer working with flexible clients over extremely picky ones.

• ✦. The Character limit is 3

• ✦. All my art is used for personal use only, the client cannot edit/claim/print/sell merchandise/Reproduce my art in any way.
  ✦. Any new updates to my TOS or Prices can be applied to all commissions old or new.
  ✦. Prices are subject to change unless you have already paid.

• ✦. Skebs are not covered by the Communication TOS: There will be no communication with the Skebs during the process.

• ✦. In the event that the client does not reply to feedback or revision requests within a period of 7 days, I retain the right to proceed with the project. If there is a lack of communication for a consecutive two-week period, the project will be deemed completed in its current form and delivered to the client. ( I the artist, am not responsible for any lack of communication from the client )
   

• ── ◦ Refund ◦ ──

• ✦. No refunds at all. so please bid-buy-commission seriously

• ✦. No refund if you paid the waitlist fees and backed out/canceled your commission

• ✦. I have the right to decline or cancel your commission and refund the money at anytime

• ✦. if a commission sketch hasn't been started yet, then you can request a refund ( If you are getting a refund, please inform me first and do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself )

• ✦. if a sketch has started there is no refund and " I changed my mind " is not accepted as a reason

• ✦. If a chargeback is initiated when you are not eligible for a refund or if any of the mentioned terms are violated, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece. I reserve the right to use it as I see fit and profit from it. I will dispute the chargeback and provide PayPal with our communication about the commission as evidence that I have met my obligations. Furthermore, you'll be blacklisted and forbidden to commission me ever again and your name will be publicly posted
